1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ Damaged or Defective Books: If the book is torn, misprinted, or has missing pages.
✔ Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a book different from what you ordered.
✔ Order Processing Errors: If there was a mistake in fulfilling your order.

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
❌ Change of mind after purchase.
❌ Minor color variations or packaging differences.
❌ Digital products (e-books, PDFs, or online subscriptions).

2. Return Request Process

To request a return, follow these steps:

1. Initiate Request: Email us at reyaaninternational12@gmail.com or call +91 within 2 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide Details: Share your order ID, reason for return, and attach photos of the damaged/incorrect item.

3. Approval & Shipping: Once approved, we will provide return instructions. You may need to ship the item back using a trackable courier service.

4. Inspection & Refund: After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement.

3. Refund Policy

✔ Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or wallet) within 7 business days after return approval.
✔ Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees, COD charges, and any handling fees are non-refundable.
✔ Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the returned product is not in its original condition.

4. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship a new product after receiving the returned item. Replacement is subject to stock availability.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

1. Check your bank or payment account.

2. Contact your payment provider (some banks take extra processing time).

6. Cancellation Policy

✔ Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
✔ After Shipping: Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can request a return after delivery under the eligible conditions.
