Prof. (Dr.) Roop Krishen Khar
Dr. Khar is a distinguished academician and research scientist with extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. He has held key positions for over 35 years at Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, including Dean, HOD, and Dean Students Welfare.
He has supervised numerous Ph.D., M.Pharm, and research projects and has published more than 450 research papers with a cumulative impact score of over 22,000 citations.
Dr. Khar has authored eleven textbooks, including the widely known Leon Lachman’s Text Book of Industrial Pharmacy. He has been involved with national and international scientific bodies and has significantly contributed to pharmaceutical sciences and academic development in India.
Dr. I.K. Kilam
Dr. Kilam holds advanced master’s degrees in Applied Physics and Management and has extensive experience in HRD, career planning, and management development.
He served 34 years in Punjab National Bank, handling leadership roles like Deputy General Manager and coordinating training activities across India.
He has conducted extensive training programs on HRD, HRM, entrepreneurship, and personality development and has authored articles, research works, and books including Banking Differently and My Career Story.
Dr. Kilam also taught MBA students and contributed significantly to institutional development at various educational institutions.
